If you do not have an account yet, or you can not log in to your cashpresso account for any reason, use our contact form or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send us your customer number and a copy of your ID card – we have to make sure that you are you.
No customer service by phone
We currently do not offer customer service by telephone because we want to save you a lot of waiting loops and we can simply help you by e-mail.
Our support staff are well trained and answer your queries within a very short time.
