I already have a cashpresso account.
For questions about your account, please contact us directly from your cashpresso account. So we can help you as soon as possible. Just change to the “Contact” menu item in your cashpresso account.
I do not have a cashpresso account yet.
If you do not have an account yet, or you can not log in to your cashpresso account for any reason, use our contact form or send an e-mail to support@cashpresso.com. Please send us your customer number and a copy of your ID card – we have to make sure that you are you.
No customer service by phone
We currently do not offer customer service by telephone because we want to save you a lot of waiting loops and we can simply help you by e-mail.
Our support staff are well trained and answer your queries within a very short time.
